Cabinly/Lodgify
A simpler alternative to Lodgify for one to three cabins.
Lodgify is a property-management system: a website builder, a channel manager and a booking engine for hosts running an operation. Cabinly is one direct booking page, built from a listing you already have, live in two minutes at 0% commission.

Choose Lodgify if / Choose Cabinly if
Choose Cabinly if
- You have one to three cabins and ten minutes, not ten hours.
- Your listing already exists on Airbnb or Booking.com and you would rather point at it than retype it.
- You want the direct channel to cost you 0% and land in your own Stripe account.
- You want to be told what to do about an empty week, not shown a chart about it.
Choose Lodgify if
- You have more properties than you can hold in your head, and you want them in one system.
- You need a real channel manager pushing rates and availability to several OTAs at once.
- You want a full website – pages, blog, SEO – not one page that takes bookings.
- You have staff, cleaning schedules or owner reporting to run.
Questions people actually ask
- Is Cabinly a property-management system like Lodgify?
- No, and deliberately. Cabinly does one thing: a direct booking page for one to three cabins, with the calendar, conditions and payments behind it. There is no multi-property operations layer, no task management and no staff accounts. If you need those, you need a PMS.
- Can I keep my Airbnb and Booking.com listings?
- Yes. Cabinly imports from them to build the page and syncs availability both ways over iCal, so a night taken on one closes on the others. The point is not to replace the marketplaces but to stop paying commission on the guests who would have come to you anyway.
- What does Cabinly cost next to Lodgify?
- Cabinly takes 0% commission on direct bookings – on every plan, forever – and everything it does today is free while the alpha runs. Stripe charges its own transaction fee, which is theirs and published on their site. Lodgify's plans are priced per property on lodgify.com/pricing.
- Can I move a Lodgify site to Cabinly?
- There is no import from Lodgify, and nothing to import from: Cabinly builds the page from your Airbnb or Booking.com listing instead, in about two minutes. What does not come across is anything a website holds and a booking page does not – extra pages, blog posts, the domain you had pointed at it.
