Cabinly takes 0% commission on direct bookings – on every plan, forever.
Everything else Cabinly does today is free while the product is in alpha.

No plan requires contacting sales. Where an amount is not decided yet it says
so.

## Total cost of ownership
- Cabinly: $0 / month during the alpha. Commission on direct bookings is 0%
  forever; whether the booking page itself stays free after the alpha is not
  yet announced.
- Stripe: charges its own transaction fees under its published pricing
  (https://stripe.com/pricing). Paid by the owner, not by Cabinly, and required
  to take payments.
- No setup fee, no card required to start.

## Free (available now)
- Price: $0 / month
- Commission: 0% on direct bookings, forever
- Booking pages: 1
- Includes:
  - One booking page + direct, commission-free checkout
  - Smart Calendar with nightly prices and availability
  - The page in your own branding: accent colour, typeface, theme
  - Leo, the AI assistant, answering guest questions on the page
  - Email support
  - Early-adopter perks locked in
- Not included: uptime guarantee, public status page, priority support.

## Pro (coming soon)
- Price: not yet announced
- Includes everything in Free, plus:
  - More than one booking page
  - Marketing digital employee
  - Content creation that promotes your booking page
  - Experiences & guest automations
  - More customization options
  - Digital employees you manage like people
- Owners will be told the amount in advance, and paid features require
  separate acceptance. Nothing currently in use becomes paid without notice.

## Multiple properties
One booking page is included today. Additional booking pages are part of
Pro, whose price has not been announced yet.
