We will tell you the amount before anything is charged, and paid features require separate acceptance. Nothing you use today quietly becomes paid.
The whole difference is the commission.
We are not selling magic – it is plain arithmetic. Set your own numbers and see what a marketplace costs you over a year.
- Only the nights you actually moveNot your whole turnover – only the nights booked on your page.
- Stripe's fee is already subtractedWhat reaches your account, not the gap between two commissions.
- You set the commission yourselfUse the rate from your own contract, not one we picked for you.
- Cabinly takes nothing from itZero on every plan, so we are not in this arithmetic at all.
Every intermediary charges differently – use the rate in your own contract.
Bookings moved to your page leave you with
$2,527a year
The highlighted part is the commission you do not pay – 12% of the $21,120 those nights are worth.
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment under its published pricing, and that is already subtracted. Cabinly takes nothing, on any plan. stripe.com/pricing
Every booking, in one calendar.
The ones from your page, from the portals and the ones you took by phone – one grid, with a nightly price and availability on every date. A dearer weekend, a closed Friday, a booking written in by hand: all of it set right on the date.

Is the commission really 0% forever?
Yes – 0% on direct bookings, on every plan, with no end date on it. The rest of what Cabinly does today is free while the alpha runs; if any of it becomes paid later you will be told the price in advance, and paid features require separate acceptance.
What does Cabinly take from a booking?
Nothing. 0% commission on direct bookings, on every plan. Stripe charges its own transaction fee for processing the payment, published at stripe.com/pricing – that is paid by you to Stripe and is not part of Cabinly's price.
Do I need a card to start?
No. There is no setup fee and no card required. You will need a Stripe account to take guest payments, because that is where the money arrives.
I have three cabins. What does that cost?
One booking page is included today, at no cost. More than one page is part of Pro, whose price has not been announced yet. Until it is, you can run one cabin on Cabinly and keep the others wherever they are.
What happens when the alpha ends?
The commission stays at 0% – that part has no end date. Anything that moves to a paid plan will be announced before it does, with the amount stated, and will need your explicit acceptance. Nothing you are using today starts charging you by itself.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Cabinly is your own page alongside the listings you already have. Keep the marketplaces for reach and use your page for the guests who would rather book with you directly – those are the bookings you keep in full.
Is there an SLA?
No. Cabinly is in alpha: there is no uptime or continuity guarantee, no public status page, and features may change or work in a limited way. We would rather write that here than have you find out later.
