Airbnb, Booking, wherever it already lives. The photos, the description, the amenities and the prices come across on their own – you are not retyping a listing that exists, you are pointing at it.
Step two
Price, house rules, photo order, the accent colour and the typeface. Change any of it by hand – or leave it exactly as it came in and have the page finished in the same minute.

Facebook, Instagram, an e-mail signature, a QR code in the cabin. They pick their nights, ask Leo if they need to, and pay – with no account to create and nobody waiting for you to write back.

Smart calendar
A portal shows you its own bookings. This one shows all of them – from your page, from a telephone call, from Booking.com. You set the prices and the rules in it, and it keeps every last night in order.

The weekend dearer, November cheaper, this Friday closed. Price, minimum stay and a block are set on the date, or across a run of them – not in a setting that binds the whole year.
The one that arrived by phone goes in with the guest's details and the price you agreed. Send a payment link, or mark it paid – with no commission, because that guest is yours.

Cabinly is a direct booking tool for an owner with one to three cabins. It builds a booking page from a listing you already have, answers guests on it, and takes payment into your own Stripe account – at 0% commission to Cabinly. It is a direct channel and not a marketplace: it does not bring you new guests. It is where the ones who already found you book, with no portal taking a cut.
0% commission on direct bookings – on every plan, forever. Everything else is free during the alpha: one booking page, no setup fee, no card to start. Stripe charges its own transaction fees under its published pricing; those are the owner's and are not part of our price. A Pro tier is announced; its price is not.
Three steps, about two minutes. Paste the address of a listing you already have on Airbnb, Booking.com or anywhere else, and the photos, description, amenities and prices come across on their own. Look it over and change whatever you want – the price, the house rules, the order of the photos, the accent colour and the typeface – or leave it exactly as it arrived. Then send the link out. The page is served at a cabinly.io address; your own domain is not supported yet.
Leo is the assistant on your booking page. He answers guests day and night from your own description, prices and house rules, and looks up on the web what lies outside them – the nearest shop, what to do when it rains. He makes no commitments on your behalf, and he can open the booking from inside the conversation with the dates already filled in. His answers are supportive in nature and are not guaranteed to be correct; that limit is written down, with everything else he does, in agent.json.
Yes, through two-way iCal. You import the calendars from Booking.com, Airbnb or anything else publishing an .ics link, and Cabinly publishes a feed of this property's own bookings back. A night blocked here closes on every synced channel. Bookings that arrived by phone, in cash or by transfer are written in by hand, so one month holds all of them.
Through your own Stripe account, on the page, with no account for the guest to create – and Cabinly takes none of it. A booking that came in by phone can be sent a payment link the guest pays on that same page, or recorded as already paid outside Stripe. Cabinly is not a party to the rental agreement: settlements, refunds and tax obligations are the owner's.
The guest is theirs, the e-mail is theirs, the next stay is theirs – and 15–20% of every night goes with them. A direct channel of your own is the only place that guest stays yours. Two minutes to build one, and the commission is 0% forever.
