CabinlyGuesty

Guesty is built for a company. Cabinly is built for you.

Guesty is enterprise software for property-management companies: many listings, several people, workflows and an implementation behind it. Cabinly is one direct booking page for an owner with one to three cabins, with nothing to implement.

Questions people actually ask

Would Guesty work for two cabins?
Technically yes, and in practice it is more system than two cabins can use: their software assumes a portfolio and a team. That is not a criticism of it – it is what it is sold as.
Does Cabinly have an API?
Not a public one, and that is stated in agent.json under limitations, along with the absence of a public sandbox. What Cabinly does publish for machines is llms.txt, pricing.md and agent.json, so an agent can read what it does, what it costs and what it cannot do.
Is Cabinly enterprise-ready?
No. It is in alpha, there is no SLA, no status page and no uptime guarantee – all of it declared in agent.json rather than left to be discovered. If those are your requirements, this is the wrong tool.
Whose data is the guest's data?
The owner's. For guests booking through your page you are the controller of their data and Cabinly processes it on your behalf – that is written into the privacy policy, not just into a sales page. The e-mail address, the phone number and the booking history are yours to keep and to use again.
